Our Pastor

Our small, but growing, congregation is shepherded by Rev Dr. Joseph Seidu who is blessed with his lovely wife Grace and their three children who have all grown to know and love the Lord.

Rev  Dr. Joseph Seidu was born into a strong Muslim family. At age 20, he accepted Christ as his personal savior for which he suffered persecution at the hands of his family and community; however, the Lord had plans for his life!

Before his ordination, Rev  Dr. Joseph Seidu was called to evangelize in northern Ghana, in West Africa. Later, he graduated from Ghana’s Christian Service University and went on to study at the University of Ghana. After moving to Canada, he graduated with his Master’s in Divinity from Providence University College and Seminary

In June of 2015, after nine years of being a Senior Pastor, and with the Holy Spirit’s guidance, He founded Glorious Hope Community Church.

His expertise encompasses family counseling; motivational speaking; teaching about, and sharing the good news of Jesus with, muslims; church planting; and church nurturing.

Rev and Mrs. Seidu, both have a passion for evangelism and a desire to see God at work in every situation. He is currently the City Director for International Students Ministry of Canada (ISMC) in Winnipeg and enjoys fishing, watching soccer or basketball, and is growing to love hockey and football
